ABOUT
ME
Since she was young, Kate Frost has been an against-the-grain, fuck-the-hierarchy kind of girl. Since 2nd grade she had wanted to impact the world around her by becoming president, which clearly didn’t happen. Now, older, she hopes to impact the community around her through her artwork and be a catalyst for change. She currently resides in Spartanburg, SC and is working toward a BFA in Studio Art at Converse College. Her concentration is in printmaking where she pursues her thirst for activism. Her artwork has been exhibited at the Press & Release, in the Chester Gallery of Art at the New England College, the 7th Annual Collegiate Invitational Art Exhibition at the Spartanburg Public Library, and the Juried Student Show, in the Milliken Gallery. She is also a member of the Monotype Guild of New England, Mid America Print Council and the Southern Graphics Council International.
